I dropped off my vehicle at 11:00am for an 11:30 oil change appt. Returned to the dealership at 12:40 and they did not even start on my car. To top it off they are suppose to do an inspection, the tech change appt. Returned to the dealership at 12:40 and they did not even start on my car. I had an appointment at 10:30am to take my van in for a recall. Meagan Thackston, the Assistant Service Manager, was nice and called a Lyft driver to take me home. My husband is a stroke patient so I pai recall. Meagan Thackston, the Assistant Service Manager, was nice and called a Lyft driver to take me home. My husband is a stroke patient so I paid someone to stay with him. Ms Thackston called that afternoon and said the van was readymade I explained I couldn’t leave my husband. I came in for service without an appointment Meagan met me at the door to see what I needed. I told her it is time for maintenance . She said we will get right on it, and they did.
