This was the first time I had gone in and was disappointed. Women at front desk never acknowledged me. Sent me another $500 in repairs that I needed, but never reviewed with me. Reid Millikan checked me in and was very professtional yet, had a sense of humor and was very personable. He made it a very pleasant experience. Horrible experience. I have the lifetime oil change and always make appointments for my oil change..normally it takes at least 1 hour. This past Friday I waited 1hour and 45mins and the asked how much long always make appointments for my oil change..normally it takes at least 1 hour. This past Friday I waited 1hour and 45mins and the asked how much longer it would be and was told there was still 2 appointments ahead of mine..I ended leaving and wasting my day and nothing was done about it. Ridiculous. Need better schedule system for appointments! More
