Christopher Thrasher,was very helpful and professional throughout our both car repairs. My husbands car had wheel bearing, alignment and brake work. My car had brakes, drums, and belt work done. Had an appointment for an oil change . I was going to wait (how long can it take for an oil change when you have an appointment). after waiting an hour and a half, I was informed it would be another hour wait (how long can it take for an oil change when you have an appointment). after waiting an hour and a half, I was informed it would be another hour before they would get to it. A little over 2 months ago, I took my 2018 Camry into Jim Ellis Toyota to determine the cause of a vibration in the front end. I was told that I had two bent wheels that needed to be replaced at a cost of mo Ellis Toyota to determine the cause of a vibration in the front end. I was told that I had two bent wheels that needed to be replaced at a cost of more than $1500. I got a second opinion from a professional tire and wheels service center. Wheels weren’t bent. All it needed was an alignment. I wrote letters to the dealerships General Manager, Wes Ellis, VP of Jim Ellis Automotive Group and Jimmy Ellis, President of Jim Ellis Automotive Group. To this date I have not received as much as a phone call or apology from anyone within the organization. This should make everyone very concerned about how the leadership of this organization, that has 18 dealerships throughout the Atlanta metro area, cares about their customers. TERRIBLE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!!!! so much to say... As soon as I drove in, I was NOT acknowledged. The person who drove in AFTER me was acknowledged before I was. Then when they finall so much to say... As soon as I drove in, I was NOT acknowledged. The person who drove in AFTER me was acknowledged before I was. Then when they finally got to me, my appointment was lost, I expressed my vehicles' issues and asked if I would get my car washed, and all that would be included in my service, and I was certainly disappointed. Additionally, they told me that the wait time was 2 hours, so I said I would wait and be patient... THREE hours go by, no one comes to update me on the status of my vehicle. People come in AFTER me and LEFT BEFORE ME. The mechanic personally addressed two people regarding their vehicle having issues and not once did the mechanic come address me about my vehicles issues. There was always a middle man that I am sure messed up the message going from one person to another. That is not all, after all the waiting and being ignored, when I get my vehicle back it is not vacuumed or washed which I was told was complimentary. This was my very first time going to get my car serviced on my own since purchasing my vehicle and from accompanying other people when they get their car serviced I know that I was not treated the way I should have been treated. The process of purchasing my vehicle was a dream, but getting my vehicle serviced was a NIGHTMARE!!!! More
