Dropped my car off for tire rotation and rattling heard under my vehicle on Wednesday at 3:00pm. However I didn’t receive my vehicle back until the following day and I was the one that had to keep followin under my vehicle on Wednesday at 3:00pm. However I didn’t receive my vehicle back until the following day and I was the one that had to keep following up with them on the status of when I’d be receiving my vehicle back. I wish they had at least let me know they weren’t expecting to return my car until the following day and kept me in the loop regarding that with taking initiative instead of me having to constantly ask when I could expect my car to be finished.
