I went and had my 15000 mile service yesterday and the appointment process was good. The staff was very professional and courteous. However, my tires got rotated and without being rebalanced my steering appointment process was good. The staff was very professional and courteous. However, my tires got rotated and without being rebalanced my steering wheel shakes terribly when I get above 45 mph. I had to go elsewhere today to get this taken care of elsewhere as the dealership schedule was so backed up. More
