Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional If a customer is waiting for you to finish a phone call, the very moment you hang up , that customer should be acknowledged, especially when you’ve se If a customer is waiting for you to finish a phone call, the very moment you hang up , that customer should be acknowledged, especially when you’ve seen the customer and customer has been waiting several minutes. You should not grab your cell phone to send a text, glance at and ignore the customer. “Yeah dude, I’m still standing here!” A simple acknowledgment such as “I’ll be with you in a moment” goes a long way. Not one but two staff members were unfriendly and unprofessional. The guy at the check in counter and the girl at the cashier. I did not work with these people, they were the ones on staff at pick up. More

Recall maintenance I scheduled an appointment. I received conflicting appointment reminders. When I called the day of, I confirmed the scheduled date and time. I also as I scheduled an appointment. I received conflicting appointment reminders. When I called the day of, I confirmed the scheduled date and time. I also asked to be sure all the parts were in stock. I arrived on time. Check in was disorganized. When I was seen, I reminded them I was waiting on premises for the repair. The tech said it would be 1.5-2 hour wait. I took the shuttle to the nearby shopping mall. At the two hour and 15 minute mark, I called for a ride back to the dealership. They said they would call me back. I reiterated my request. I just needed a ride. They never called back. I tried twice to get an answer. The first time, I was left on hold for 11 minutes. The second time I was routed around and ended up in a random voicemail box. At that point I asked a neighbor to come get me. I got a text message that a LYFT was on the way. I cancelled it and got a call from the dealership. I asked if my car was done and they saiid no. Then, 5 hours after my 11 00 appt, the tech called and said it was done and asked if I was still at the shopping center. I told him no and we scheduled a LYFT. I asked for a car wash. I got back to the dealer and home, but it took an additional 45 minutes. Poor car wash: bugs and dirt left all over. HORRIBLE customer service. Very unhappy with the lack of communication. More
