Excessive wait time Went in on a weekday at 10:00am. Was told the wait time was 2.5 hours which I couldn’t understand because there was not many cars. It took more than 3 Went in on a weekday at 10:00am. Was told the wait time was 2.5 hours which I couldn’t understand because there was not many cars. It took more than 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I’ve waited less time on a much busier Saturday morning. The technician wasn’t very friendly. More
