Received email following day stating I missed my appt and ty o reschedule. Called the number to speak to Service dept and some guy who answered seem exasperated that I called to tell I was at appt and eventu ty o reschedule. Called the number to speak to Service dept and some guy who answered seem exasperated that I called to tell I was at appt and eventually told me nothing they could do about it. Called yo speak to GM but received no call back yet. May not come back due to rudeness by someone in service and no call back from GM. Do not care about me...I don't care about you. More

I have nothing but great things to say to this dealership! I had a blowout on the interstate on the 14th. I was able to get off and pulled into a car wash. Behind me was three men who were on t dealership! I had a blowout on the interstate on the 14th. I was able to get off and pulled into a car wash. Behind me was three men who were on their way to film something at Jim Ellis Toyota. They changed my tire and had air put in from the business next door . I followed the men to the dealership and they talked to the manager Jimmy. Shane, Curtis and Will were exceptional in taking care of this. Victoria took us into the waiting area and planned to be there a while ! My elderly mother was with me. The tire was shredded and very little on the rim. The rim was bent and hubcap damaged. The car was ready in about 2 1/2 hours! Every thing was new and car was checked out. I was shocked when Victoria told me that I didn’t owe anything. The bill had been paid! I can’t thank everyone for everything they did for the car and paying the bill . I know everyone was in the right place and time for me to have received a wonderful gift . I’m telling everyone how great this dealership is. God bless you all. More
