My name is David F Hopper, Jr. The oil cap on my 2018 RAV 4 was not put back on after an oil change. I was alerted to that by a lot of black smoke and the smell of burning rubber c The oil cap on my 2018 RAV 4 was not put back on after an oil change. I was alerted to that by a lot of black smoke and the smell of burning rubber coming from the hood of my vehicle. It took y'all 4 days to haul my vehicle in by a tow truck to get it fixed, after many calls and some emails. I asked for a life time warranty on the engine that y'all said was not harmed. Y'all said 'no'. I had 40,000 miles on my vehicle at that time. If it wasn't harmed, then why not? There is still oil stains on my driveway from this incident. I was told that would be taken care of. Still waiting. I purchased two new tires after being told that I needed the tires because of thread wear and yet I received a video from the mechanic stating that my tires were good. How would you rate a service like this if it were your vehicle? I purchased the vehicle new from your location. Y'all have taken care of 3 of my Toyota vehicles, in the past. More

I can not give a review because the repair has not been made. There seems to be an issue with a different aftermarket part that is a different part than my part and we are working with Toyota about the war made.
