Not only did she not even attempt to keep her word but she had so little respect for my time that she didn't bother to tell me they were backed up and there was no way I was going to get the service in the time promised. I had another VW dealer change my oil. Sara richly deserves this bad review. This kind of rudeness will not be tolerated. More

Brian Bolton was very dedicated I recently purchased a pre owned truck from J Ellis VW Atlanta. He was very forthcoming and even took additional pictures of the few dings and dents in the truck. He stated late after a lengthy negotiation to finish the deal. He delivered this level of dedication while dealing with a family tragedy. He followed up after the sale and remained helpful when we forgot to get our garage door opener out of the vehicle we traded. I would recommend Brian Bolton to anyone purchasing a vehicle. More

He answered all of my questions thoroughly & actually gave me the bottom line price of the car I wanted. I shopped at other VW dealerships around Atlanta, getting a bottom line price before a huge sales pitch & "Why don't you come in & talk with us" routine was impossible prior to visiting JEV. I could not believe that such a fair & honest car dealership still exists in 2016. I will definitely purchase all my future cars from Jim Ellis. My finance officer was Lance Jeter. Lance is a xxxxxxpro with complete knowledge of his profession & he has a great personality to boot. Lance answered all of my questions with thorough knowledge & complete honesty.
