My car still doesn’t work After taking my car for a check up to evaluate what was wrong, I got it fixed and it still didnt work when I drove it. I paid way over $1000 with Volkswagen, and they still haven’t fixed it. What a waste of time and money!!!!!! Also, whenever you call them it takes forever to get back to you. I would have been better off going to a place that specializes in fixing volkswagen instead of the dealership. More

My service advisor, Arianna Durham not only answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner, she made me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived until I departed. She met me at my vehicle, greeted me by name, and was familiar with why I was there and what needed to be done. She kept me updated on the repair process and answered all my questions before I could ask them. Also, the valets did an awesome job washing my Tiguan. It looked like the day I purchased it (except for all my 'stuff' inside). More

1st Volkswagen purchased from an Amazing Dealership My wife and I purchased a 2017 Tiguan from Zach Boyanton. I found the Tiguan online and had a very good conversation with Zach about the car and we i My wife and I purchased a 2017 Tiguan from Zach Boyanton. I found the Tiguan online and had a very good conversation with Zach about the car and we interacted through emails, text and phone calls and I knew then that Jim Ellis Volkswagen was where I was going to be purchasing my next vehicle. After a three and a half hour drive we arrived and was courteously greeted by Zach and the whole transaction was nearly perfect ( but you'll have to ask Zach about that part) other than our funny little mishap it was a great experience. I never in my life thought I would own a Volkswagen but I'll tell you if this car holds up like their customer service I will definately buy another and I will MOST definately buy from Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw.
