Terrible service. Lack of communication and complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here. Take it elsewhere. The service department and management said they could reprogram a computer in my vehicle and get my car up and going… the car sat in the lot for 7 months, with no work done. A previous VW technician that worked here gave me a run around and was very lazy. And ultimately allowed my vehicle to be impounded without my knowledge. I will never buy a Volkswagen again. More

had been searching for an inexpensive car for my son who is in college. I saw multiple cars at multiple dealerships and the cars looked NOTHING like advertised and the sales people were just awful . I went to Jim Ellis VW and met Ken Haynes and he was a breathe of fresh air. He was very kind, straightforward, and did not try to xxxxxxxx me. He not only was awesome to speak to but double checked out the car for me going so above and beyond! I would absolutely see him again for a car purchase. It was an amazing experience. More
