On our first day looking at new/used cars and we stopped in at Jim Ellis VW to see what inventory was available, Beth Rich met us in the parking lot, no pressure at all and answered all our questions. We drove into the dealership in a Ford Explorer and a few hours later we drove off with a 2021 Tiguan. The process was easy and financing available at a competitive rate. Chris Phillips in the business office explained all of our financing options and made very helpful suggestions which fit our budget. Both Beth and Chris were no pressure, very easy to work with and I highly recommend anyone looking for a car, new or used to visit with Beth Rich and have your financing prepared by Chris Phillis at Jim Ellis VW, both will be able to help you. Just stopped by Jim Ellis VW to see the new models with no intention of purchasing a car. However I was so impressed with Randy Fitch and his team that I ended purchasing a Tiguan that same day and love it no intention of purchasing a car. We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle from Gary. He was very patient as we changed our minds on which vehicles we would like to see. Unlike my experience in some other dealers, I never felt he pressured me or tried too hard to convince me / change my mind. I appreciated that very much. I talked about financing with Kevin. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail. However, I felt a bit of pressure in our talk, and it did not feel so friendly or easy going. Eventually things worked out well though. Overall, I would recommend Jim Ellis Volkswagen. More
