I was very nervous about going to Jim Falk Lexus, mostly because it was in Beverly Hills and the area has a distinct reputation. I felt that it was possible for me to walk out disappointed and I was prepare because it was in Beverly Hills and the area has a distinct reputation. I felt that it was possible for me to walk out disappointed and I was prepared to go down to Southbay or Santa Monica Lexus if things didn't work out. I initially had an appointment to meet with another Sales Consultant, but ended up working with Elie Shafiee. At first, I felt a bit snubbed by the handoff, and that basically the dealership didn't want my business, but to my surprise everything worked out very well. Elie stepped in stride and amazed me. The deal went smoothly without any hassles, and I have Elie to thank for this. She was both very professional and personable. I didn't feel like I was being put together or pushed into one direction or another. Elie was willing to work with me and the sheer simplicity and smoothness of the entire deal is what sold me. Even after the sale and additional visits to the dealership, Elie followed up to make sure everything was ok. And today, I am absolutely loving my new Lexus.
