My first experience with Michael was last year when I first leased a Lexus through BH Lexus . At tht time, I already thought he was very knowledgable and forthcoming. I left, back then, feeling I had been treated fairly and in a friendly manner. This year, I can only say he is the ONLY person I would ever want to work with at Lexus. Michael is amazing. He made the process of exchanging cars painless and even inviting! Such words have never crossed my lips for any car dealer. if I stay with Lexus for many years, I'd say it's because of Michael. So take care to keep him around, because this is the second Lexus dealership I have dealt with (Keyes was the first...no comment) and his caring, helpful and professional approach has not and cannot be surpassed. My only regret is that when I was in the dealership I didn't ask to speak to a supervisor to whom I could have expressed my enthusiasm in person. More

As a resident of Northern Idaho, I found the exact Lexus I was searching for at Jim Faulk Lexus of Beverly Hills in California. Not only was Michael an experienced and gracious sales person, he made my experience with this out of state purchase stress free. I informed him I would be flying out the following morning to pick up the vehicle. Not only did they arrange to pick me up from the airport, they were kind enough to bring me a cold bottle of water to drink. Gary Brendt, the gentleman who picked me up, was also so kind and helpful throughout the day with anything I needed. After returning to Idaho with my new car, all I've been doing is raving to my friends at the outstanding service I recieved from the staff at Jim Faulk's Lexus. Came in thinking I am going to buy my car once the lease was over. Michael Heredia offered me a great deal on a new lease, better than expected and I took it. I leased a car last year from Elie and she was terrific in getting me what I wanted. I've been really happy with my car and then Elie surprised me the other day by calling and offering to swap it out with in getting me what I wanted. This was completely unexpected but turned out to be an incredible deal! So I went in and she had everything ready and waiting for me. Not only was it a new upgraded model, but it also came with an extra gift package. So all in all, it was a great opportunity and I was glad that Elie thought to call me and offer it to me. Morgan was also really helpful in making the financial process very simple and quick. I will definitely continue to go back to Jim Falk Lexus and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great car from a great dealer. More
I had turned my car in early on a Monday to Robert Galvez for an oil change and a concern with my vehicle pulling to the right so I got an alignment based on the technicians suggestion. Picked up my car late for an oil change and a concern with my vehicle pulling to the right so I got an alignment based on the technicians suggestion. Picked up my car late Tuesday only to find the alignment was seemingly untouched. Returned my car Wednesday to Jeff Willet the Service Manager and reconfirmed concern with technician and added recommended brake job and found out on my own that I would be needing a brake flush too so I added that. Returned on Friday to pick up my car after being assured and reassured that my vehicle was properly tested and in good condition. On the drive home I quickly realized the vehicle was significantly worse (pulling right and left and steering ratios off now) and my vehicle ran out of gas before I was able to find a local gas station, and now there are two big new scratches on my driver side door. Returned on following Monday to turn my car in again (possibly because of a review online), re-test drove with technician and Service Manager and confirmed new concerns, and Service Manager drove my vehicle recklessly (large intersection was treated like a playground, and almost crashed into another vehicle only avoiding it by braking very harshly over a series of big pot holes). By Wednesday I received a call saying my vehicle was done again, went back in, test drove again with Service Manager only to find problems still evident, however after Service Manager agreed and saw that vehicle was still not up to par, he stated that from an alignment standpoint the numbers are great, and there is nothing more that can be done there at Jim Falk Lexus (Jeff still had the audacity to start speaking about my online review to me, even though coincidentally my review was taken down the day they wanted me to take my car back, and my car was still worse). All the while I had asked if their machines could be out of calibration, could there be another issue, if I paid more money would we be able to diagnose further, I did my best to offer suggestions and pleaded for a good outcome and to just let me know if there is anything I could do at anytime. As for an experience, I believe this would be one of the worst experiences I could think of as a patron, as a Lexus owner or in any capacity, hands down Jim Falk Lexus provided me with the some of the worst service one can experiences in general and some more. When I made my decision, he and the management were very, very flexible in their negotiation of a price that I was totally comfortable with. The car was delivered to me sparkling clean and Alex explained everything in detail. A great experience. More
