My first experience with Michael was last year when I first leased a Lexus through BH Lexus . At tht time, I already thought he was very knowledgable and forthcoming. So take care to keep him around, because this is the second Lexus dealership I have dealt with (Keyes was the first...no comment) and his caring, helpful and professional approach has not and cannot be surpassed.
