i went to buy the IS350 AWD. taking two days before setting down the price, once that is done, the buying process is quite fast, i even got the key before i signed any paper :) The dealer is very pa setting down the price, once that is done, the buying process is quite fast, i even got the key before i signed any paper :) The dealer is very patient to help me to setup the phone Bluetooth connection with the car... took several pple and several rounds to get it done, even called in his friends... A few things not that great... The dealer did not allow to test drive the car on highway, which is a bit strange, the Santa Monica lexus is much more patient and friendly in this regard... another thing they forgot to clean up thoroughly the rear window of the car when they did the detailing... I own a small retail sales and service business and tell my customers the same thing.
