My sister's car had just gotten totaled so we were looking for a brand new car for her, and decided that a lexus would not only be a nice luxury car but reliable as well. We came to Jim Falk b/c of such a horrible experience with a ridiculously pushy and rude saleswoman from the santa monica lexus dealership that didn't know anything about the car and never once made us feel welcomed or attended to. As soon as we walked in to Jim Falk, Michael greeted us warmly and told us to have a look around while we waited on the salesman that we had spoken to earlier. Since it took a bit for him to get to us, Michael offered to take us to the car and started to explain some of the features. Again, with my past experience I'm still waiting for the pushy sales pitch, or the dishonest figures, etc. and was so pleased that none of that happened. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about all of the cars in stock, but he knew how they compared to comprable vehicles and went so far as to stay an extra hour n' a half after the dealership closed to explain how to use every feature on the car once my sister had finally decided to seal the deal. While it took some time to come to a deal that my sister was okay with, we couldn't have asked for more friendly, upfront, honest, and pleasant salespeople. They were the definition of customer service and made us feel good about spending the money at that dealership as opposed to anywhere else. Great job Michael and to the entire team, I would definitely recommend you, you guys were awesome from start to finish. More

I went to the Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills dealership after having a great interaction with "Peter Rangar" over some e-mails on a Lexus RX I was interested in. The dealership has a great website for seeing their inventory. Then when you e-mail a question, you receive an answer very quickly. Peter was amazing both over e-mail and in person. There was no pressure on buying the car. He knew what I wanted for a car/what I wanted to spend. Only being a little off of what the dealership wanted, he made it happen. The other great part, it was completed within just 3 short hours. This was a GREAT car buying experience! More
I thought I was happy when I bought my RX400h (April 2010) with Blaine. It was after hours, he showed us the car, & though it had a rear camera, he backed my future car into a parked car. They told me I'd get a call within a week to schedule it. A month went by & I had to call them. I had several problems with things they promised, versus what they delivered until I had to point out that THEY promised this & that. I never got the xzilon, I also never got the refund. Been asking since May via phone, in person, or email. Recently in Oct, Morgan called me back since Blaine is no longer there & I was told Orod was the only one who could help since he was the finance manager who worked on my account. Oct 19, got an email saying he'll look into it. Today's Nov 19 & I've heard NOTHING from them. I've never dealt with such unprofessional people before. Though they have a good reputation, don't be fooled. Be careful before you cut a check & make sure they come through with everything they promise or you'll be screwed like I was. Complete waste of time. Also, I never write reviews, but they will ask you time & time again to give them GREAT RATINGS, but I'm not a liar. They asked for it, I'm telling it how it happened. (**EDIT: If you buy from them & end up having problems, you should DEFINITELY get the Customer Service Manager Regina involved. Sofar, she's proven to be more interested in helping to solve this mess than anyone else.) More
