Arthur has been my service rep since I started buying Lexus in 2007. He has always been very honest with diagnosis and pricing of the service. He respects your time and money. So I might as well go with Arthur because every time I take my car in I get a complimentary car wash to! so really I feel like I'm paying less for the part! I was in the process of purchasing a 2010 HS250 and wanted to just take a test drive at a local dealership since I was shopping for the best deal online. I walked in and was greeted by this wonderful wanted to just take a test drive at a local dealership since I was shopping for the best deal online. I walked in and was greeted by this wonderful lady. She was very helpful and showed me the model on the showroom floor. After I sat in the vehicle to check the legroom (Im 6'0), she said that was the last one and did I want to test drive this one ? I said yes and arranged to come back within an hour after getting some lunch to try it out. I returned and the car was ready for me in the garage area. After a brief drive I was completely sold. Tana explained all the bells and whistles to me as we drove down Olympic Blvd and came back up Wilshire. Nevertheless, I ended up purchasing that same vehicle that evening. Tana is a great asset to Jim Falk Lexus and everyone including the lady in finance, made this purchase a pleasant one. I cant wait to come back for my next vehicle. I drove to Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills from San Diego, CA to pick up my car which was over 2 hours drive each way. I made the right decision when I chose this dealership. I am a business person and did appreciate the no nonsense approach to buying a car. The price of the car was a good value with the low miles and Alex had it ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I am glad that Alex spent extra time with me to patiently explain all the "bells and whistles" the car had. He even put the earphones on and tested out my dvd player to make sure it was okay. Alex programmed my bluetooth for my cell phone so I didn't have to. This extra service is worth the drive! An extra thank you too needs to be extended to Orod Makou the Fianance Manager who was friendly and helpful when explaining the options I had when financing and the transaction was so quick, I was surprised. Orod took the stress out of the business side of the "deal" and was very easy and nice to deal with. Jack and the service senter was helpful and the service areas were very clean and efficiently run. My sister's car had just gotten totaled so we were looking for a brand new car for her, and decided that a lexus would not only be a nice luxury car but reliable as well. We came to Jim Falk b/c of such a horrible experience with a ridiculously pushy and rude saleswoman from the santa monica lexus dealership that didn't know anything about the car and never once made us feel welcomed or attended to. As soon as we walked in to Jim Falk, Michael greeted us warmly and told us to have a look around while we waited on the salesman that we had spoken to earlier. Since it took a bit for him to get to us, Michael offered to take us to the car and started to explain some of the features. Again, with my past experience I'm still waiting for the pushy sales pitch, or the dishonest figures, etc. and was so pleased that none of that happened. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about all of the cars in stock, but he knew how they compared to comprable vehicles and went so far as to stay an extra hour n' a half after the dealership closed to explain how to use every feature on the car once my sister had finally decided to seal the deal. While it took some time to come to a deal that my sister was okay with, we couldn't have asked for more friendly, upfront, honest, and pleasant salespeople. They were the definition of customer service and made us feel good about spending the money at that dealership as opposed to anywhere else.
