He has demonstrated: 1) Vast knowledge of my vehicle 2) Exemplary Customer Service 3) Prompt follow-up phone calls 4) And an amazingly humble demeanor. I have dealt with other dealership but none can compare to the service I received from Mr. Rostomyan and his team. Everyone is hungry to sell a car right now and I'm confident that I got a great price.... over the phone. Then the moment of truth: will Jordan and Safi (a great manager and a man of his word) beat the lowest price in all of L.A.? By now you've guessed that they did, but the no hassle, no haggle manner in which they did it was very impressive. I can't promise your experience will be the same however, I am confident, after dealing with every Lexus dealership in LA ex-Keyes (Ilya, what happened buddy?) that there is a huge disparity in the Relative BS Factor (RBSF) between Jim Falk Lexus (specifically: Jordan, Safi and Kathryn) and the other dealerships. Kathryn in finance was great as well. She has a straight forward pitch that I appreciate. Best of many experiences I've had at a car dealership and frankly, I was expecting a nightmare because you really piss people off when you shop around over the phone (a livid manager at Santa Monica Lexus made this clear, like I shouldn't care about getting a good deal). Also of note: Wally at SM Lexus was great to deal with as well but I didn't want to buy from a manager that's gonna yell at a customer, on principal. April 2010 I made my 2nd purchase which exceeded my extremely-high expectations. + Dale Rickard (Sales Consultant) was absolutely phenomenal. Dale was very personal, Dale made sure my Lexus was equipped with all of the bell/whistles. Bianca White (Finance Manager) was a breath of fresh-air. Bianca thoroughly explained the all of the necessary paper work with me in detail. Bianca looked out for MY best interest. I left Jim Falk BH not only with a Brand New Lexus, I left, once again feeling like royalty and as if I made a positive investment. + I bypassed 2 nearby Lexus Dealerships to drive to Jim Falk. Blaine Gray, our salesman, coordinated everything and made sure that he kept us updated with information regarding when the LX was due in and we then coordinated when we could pick it up. From the very first email and phone call, I knew that this would be a positive experience and it certainly was. When the lease is up in 3 years, we plan on returning here to get the latest and greatest at that time. Even though we had a long trip, as it is 5 hours from Las Vegas (so 10 hours round trip minimum) because of the service and experience we had we would do this 100 times over. More
