We Inquired online, I received several e-mails back from several different sales people. We ended up with Emma who was very helpful, honest and attentive. Emma provided the information to the finance department (Nancy Rivas) who never sent me a copy of the purchase agreement to review, the car was delivered with the wrong information on the contract. We tried getting a hold of finance several times, but we never heard back. The driver Elias brought the car back to Jim Falk, and by the way he was the best part of this deal a very bright caring guy. They made us wait over an additional week to get new correct paperwork and have the car delivered for a second time. This was a seamless cash deal that should not have taken this long. More

He was prompt, attentive, informative, very honest and generous with his time and energy. We texted often during the process, and he was great at helping me understand things. Andrew and Nancy on the Financial team were really sweet and professional too. They weren't trying to squeeze. They were honest, clear, and tried to get paperwork done as soon as possible to get me out the door and into the car. I cannot recommend the Jim Falk dealership more. Ask for Lanndon.
