The salesman and the general manager were great. However there was another manager I dealt with when I first went there who is extremely rude and condescending even though this was my third car I was gettin there was another manager I dealt with when I first went there who is extremely rude and condescending even though this was my third car I was getting from now. I had a great time with Lou Daniel helping me through out the process. This was my 3rd time trying to find the right car and every time was a different person. You never forget paying above sticker. You guys are making plenty of money. You don’t need to charge over sticker. When Lexus advertises a lease price nationally, you should respect it.
