When it came to the monies, he cut out all the back and fourth and presented no nonsense figures. He made me happy with all aspects of the process: from driving the potential cars to narrowing down the final contenders to making the figures right on the car I chose. I went to several Lexus dealerships in my area but they gave me the usual run around and were trying to basically screw me on price. In addition to price they were trying to sell me a car that wasn't the right color or options. But after speaking with Hadi he located the exact color and options I was looking for! Although it took about a week, they went to the trouble of getting my car from the east coast and shipping it here to California. Which was a total shock considering the transport costs involved. When I arrived they made the process painless and simple. No surprise number changes and the car was exactly what was described and they threw in a few extras. Don't waste your time with high pressure, rude, abusive salesmen. Go see Mr Hadi and he'll make sure you enjoy the whole car buying experience and most important save you money!! More

He was very professional & knowledgable in both over the phone & in person. I used to dread going to car dealership. But because of Huey sincere welcome, we were very comfortable & we bought our dream car that night. The price in JFBH was fixed but below comparable price elsewhere and Huey's great customer service was a big bonus. Since this is our 1st Lexus, our knowledge was minimum and Huey was very patient explaining in details about the car for over 3 hrs.
