I went to numerous dealerships looking at many different brands. I finally decided I wanted the Lexus RX 350 & I had originally visited another Lexus dealership. Every dealer I visited gave the same sales p brands. I finally decided I wanted the Lexus RX 350 & I had originally visited another Lexus dealership. Every dealer I visited gave the same sales pitch & were extremely pushy (trying to make me buy on the spot, taking out credit applications before discussing price). They had a "take it or leave it" attitude & did not care about my business or that I was the THEIR customer. I had read the positive reviews about Ellie Shafiee online & it was the main reason I decided to drive to Jim Falk Lexus & purchase my Lexus there. Normally, I buy all my cars through a Car Broker service. I'm so glad I chose to not go via that route & instead chose to go with Ellie at Jim Falk. She was by far more pleasant than anyone I have ever dealt with. It felt like I had known her for years. She kept me up to date through the entire process until my car arrived at the dealership & she checked in after to make sure I loved it. She genuinely loves her clients & wants to make them happy. She also beat the price that I would have paid for the car if I had gotten it through my Car Broker, AAA, Costco, or even USAA. We are very pleased with the new Lexus. The issue came with the sales staff. I first spoke to Iryna and had an appointment scheduled for 10am on 7/30/13. Michael then stepped in to help with the sale. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very disappointed that Iryna failed to notify me she would not be able to make it. She told me on the phone that Tuesday was her day off, but that she would be happy to come in. Then when I got there on 7/30 she was not there and Michael said she was not feeling well. I received an email from Iryna on 7/31 apologizing for her absence. I just found this to be rude and unprofessional. She also stated in the email she would be working with Michael on the sale. I wrote her back stating I no longer wished to work with her. I then had an appointment with Michael on 8/5/13 at 1:00pm to complete the 2 trade ins and purchase of the new vehicle. He was 45 minutes late and I was once again passed off to another sales associate, Enrique. We completed the transaction with Michael and everything finished smoothly. I just had to let you know about my experience about being "passed" around. It was unprofessional and I certainly didn't feel special. If Iryna or Michael had been clear with me, even emailing me or texting me they would not be there or would be late would have been better. They did not communicate with me and I felt my time was wasted. Moving forward they should communicate better with customers. More

It turned out that other dealer had taken me for a ride and taken my deposit for a car he didn't have. I called Jim Falk Lexus after I realized I had been burned and within an hour, Michael made me the deal I wanted on the car I wanted. I was not expecting a dealership in the heart of Beverly Hills to be competitive with their deals, but they stepped right up. But even more than that, when we got to the dealership, the car was detailed, ready to go and the paperwork - on a Sunday afternoon - took the least amount of time with the least amount of hassle that I have ever experienced. Michael's associate Arthur made sure we understood the car and the gentleman in finance (whose name I can't remember) didn't try to hustle us with add-ons or "true-coat." We sped through the process and were in our car feeling fantastic about the whole thing. I have been a serial dater when it comes to car leasing, but Lexus of Beverly Hills may have made me monogamous. More
