Both Michael and Simon were wonderful and their follow-up has been excellent. The only thing I didn't like about the dealership was the location, getting out of valet was terrible, and finance office in base has been excellent. I saw the Lexus IS250C on the Internet a few days ago and became very interested. This is a car I have been wanting for a long time now. I decided to call the dealership and get information. I ended up talk became very interested. This is a car I have been wanting for a long time now. I decided to call the dealership and get information. I ended up talking to Enrique. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He invited my husband and I out to the dealership to take a look at the car and test drive it. When we arrived Enrique greeted us and the other sales employees were extremely friendly and personable. Enrique took us to see the car, he had my husband test drive it right away. What a treat! He didn't put any pressure on us to buy the car. That was very nice and a refreshing feeling. He answered all of our questions with ease and made sure we were fully understanding of everything he talked about. With out a doubt I would go back to the dealership to see Enrique to purchase anther car (yes! We did get the Lexus!) and I would definitely send my family and friends there :). The overall experience was wonderful and overall sales person was fantastic! Great job Lexus of Beverly Hills! More

I recently bought a car here and it was a great experience. My BMW broke down so I needed something fast - Daniel Larios was amazing! He sat with me and explained all the numbers for leasing vs. buying, answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured at all (not like the other sleazy salesmen I was dealing with at other dealerships). After about an hour of this he took me to the car lot and led me directly to THE ONE - it was perfect! Exactly what I wanted - a pearl white, black interior, low mileage, 2 year old certified IS 250. I got all jittery and knew I had to have it. We went back to the office and talked more numbers, not a lot of wiggle room on the purchase price, but I was happy with the end result after my trade-in. Daniel was very helpful through the whole process and I drove home with my new car the next day! He was great in answering my questions even after the purchase and very responsive when I needed anything - definitely go see him for your next car! More
The level of service here was excellent. The team was professional, caring, experienced and welcoming. I had been looking at the CT, but wasn't sure I was going to buy. I brought my car in to replace a professional, caring, experienced and welcoming. I had been looking at the CT, but wasn't sure I was going to buy. I brought my car in to replace a burned out headlight and asked the service consultant his opinion on the CT. Next thing I knew, I had one as a loaner vehicle! Alex, my service consultant, set up my phone to work over the Bluetooth and sent me on my way. He referred me to sales consultant, Enrique, who called me the next day to introduce himself. I later had a full conversation with Enrique and he listened to my wants and needs. When I brought my loaner back, I met with Enrique, who showed me some numbers he had worked up with Stuart the sales manager. Enrique listened, the numbers were where I hoped they would be. When we went to the lot to select car colors, I mentioned to Enrique that I liked the darker wheel. He told me they were part of an upgraded sport package. I didn't pursue the upgrade, because I wanted to keep my cost down. Once my loan was approved -- which took all of 5 minutes -- Enrique told me he had a "happy" surprise for me and took me to see my new car. Guess what... It was the upgraded version! I hugged him! Next, on to Bianca for the paperwork, another 5 minutes max! I want to give a "shout out" to Stuart, the sales manager, for making the numbers happen. What a team! What an amazing car buying experience! More

This is the 4th Lexus IS250 I have leased from Jim Falk. I find they have met my needs and found the right car for me each time. Ara Ari has been extremely helpful and listens to my likes and ensures my c I find they have met my needs and found the right car for me each time. I have visited other Lexus dealers and find they add accessories to their cars that I don’t want to increase their base price. Jim Falk doesn’t do that, they do their homework and get me a car I’m am extremely happy with. More
