I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to a combat tour in Afghanistan. However, my experience at Jim Faulk was relaxed and comfortable. I was not sure what kind of car to buy. Primo and Ray helped me figure out what was the best car for me and my family. I was not sure if now was the best time for me to buy a car; Ray helped me determine it was a smart time to buy. Awesome Service! I actually went in for a recall campaign on my 2016 Leaf and left with a lot more addressed and attended to. I love the friendly and courteous employees in the Service Department. I worked with Ryan and he made sure that all the concerns I had at drop off was taken cared of or addressed at pick up... My Leaf even got a bath! After my experience with the sales/financing (leasing) of my car, I honestly made a decision to not EVER deal with Jim Falk Nissan again... I was not a happy customer, however, the guys at the Service Department may have renewed my faith in Jim Falk Nissan. Thanks Guys! More
