Well, I'm $1400 poorer from the experience, but the service men I dealt with could not have been kinder or more helpful. And best of all, my 114,000-mile car runs like new! And a special thanks to Donna for finding me a loaner without notice. That was an absolute lifesaver!

I have the road hazard on my tires and the tire my vehicle needed wasn't in stock so they just put me up in a loaner car and I was on my way in no time. Tire was in the next day and had the oil changed and picked up my car. The only thing that I noticed is in previous services done by different car lots thru my years was that my car was washed and looked new again each time it was ready to pick up. Walmart always vacuums the front floor boards of my cars when I get an oil change with them. Other than those two things, everything was excellent and everyone was soooo friendly. Thank you!

Got same day appointment, service as requested, waiting area top notch. Free water, tea, coffee, popcorn, and doughnuts, WiFi , tv. Comfy chairs with arm rests, tables with chairs, staff available for questions.

"Quick and professional service"

I get in and out fast. No silly gimmicks. They provide a great waiting area with food, drinks and I can catch up on the news with their big screen monitors. They run a good business. The owner will walk thru and say "hi" to customers. How can you complain about that?

Glover Service manages everything that is needed, calls to update you on service needed or parts needed. They back up all their work! They will arrange loaner cars ahead of time or take you to work if needed.
