"Quick and professional service"

I get in and out fast. No silly gimmicks. They provide a great waiting area with food, drinks and I can catch up on the news with their big screen monitors. They run a good business. The owner will walk thru and say "hi" to customers. How can you complain about that?

Air not working properly, Joe at the service department takes the information and I leave with a loner car with total confidence that Joe will take care of it as always. Joe has great customer service and he has always taken good care of my needs and the needs of my car. HE IS THE BEST THERE AT JIM GLOVER ON THE RIVER. AWESOME JOB JOE AS ALWAYS.

Glover Service manages everything that is needed, calls to update you on service needed or parts needed. They back up all their work! They will arrange loaner cars ahead of time or take you to work if needed.

Jim Glover has such amazing service. Everyone there is so friendly. Joe Hamilton my service advisor was so informative & honest I won’t go anywhere else. I left feeling really good knowing that my car was taken care of and that if I have any questions I can call Joe and he will help. I believe he really cares about his customers. Also they took me to work and picked me up when it was complete! 👍
