We have purchased 3 trucks with Vance’s assistance at Jim Glover Chevorlet. Saturday 9/5/26 we had our 2nd truck in service for a recurring issue. In 15 minutes he returned with a worksheet of what he could do for us with a trade in. We told him what our must haves were. Within 20 minutes he was back with 3 options for us!! Going over every feature with us and explaining next steps. Vance got us set up with Kevin Flores, to do paperwork. While we did that Vance got our personal property out of the old truck in to the new truck. When we were finished Vance set up our OnStar and updated the MyChevorlet app on my phone for me. Vance explained every step of this process along the way and answered all questions. Vance is professional and always puts the customer first. He has never made a promise that he could not deliver. We recommend Vance and Jim Glover Chevorlet to all our family and friends because we are confident that Vance will take care of them with the same professionalism that he does us. Vance is always available for questions by text or a call, even setting up service appointments for me. Between waiting on service and the decision to purchase a new truck we were at Jim Glover Chevorlet for 6 hours and it was well worth it!! The advisor did a great job during our visit. I was upset when I arrived at 9am without an appointment and was told it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. So I had to set an appointment 6 hours later for 3pm. I had never had to do that before and had never been given any kind of notice. So I wasn’t happy that to get our 2025 Traverse serviced I had to make 2 trips to Tulsa. I believe the appointment idea is a good thing but a notice would have been nice. We are in your system from previous visits with our vehicles. More

They kept my car for seven (plus) months waiting for the wrong part to be delivered (they ordered the wrong part). And then gave it back to me with parts stolen off of it, and say that I have to prove it to wrong part to be delivered (they ordered the wrong part).
