We have purchased 3 trucks with Vance’s assistance at Jim Glover Chevorlet. Saturday 9/5/26 we had our 2nd truck in service for a recurring issue. Going over every feature with us and explaining next steps. Vance got us set up with Kevin Flores, to do paperwork. While we did that Vance got our personal property out of the old truck in to the new truck. When we were finished Vance set up our OnStar and updated the MyChevorlet app on my phone for me. Vance explained every step of this process along the way and answered all questions. Vance is professional and always puts the customer first. He has never made a promise that he could not deliver. We recommend Vance and Jim Glover Chevorlet to all our family and friends because we are confident that Vance will take care of them with the same professionalism that he does us. Vance is always available for questions by text or a call, even setting up service appointments for me. Between waiting on service and the decision to purchase a new truck we were at Jim Glover Chevorlet for 6 hours and it was well worth it!!
