Sept. 14th, Monday at 7:30AM had an appointment for my 2019 Silverado for what I believed was a transmission problem. They said they'd need it 2-3 days. Gave me a xxx shoe car as a loaner. Today, October 5th, they called me to schedule an oil change. I relayed my story to the lady who called. 1st time i heard someone say "sorry". But what really got me; she said sorry we've lost your business. No what can I do to restore your faith or get your business back. Sorry we lost your business. YES YOU DID!!! More
