purchased new vehicle a month ago from Jim Glover Owasso. Started calling service department 9 days ago for windshield repair and two tinted windows. I called over a week ago and left a message with a lady for someone in the service department to call me regarding a indicator light. I still haven't received a call back. I also got an email stating that for someone in the service department to call me regarding a indicator light. I still haven't received a call back. I also got an email stating that my Jeep is over due for service. There's no way because I take it in for the oil changes before it's even due. I guess I can't take care of my Jeep and have it maintenanced myself. I'm sure we'd get more personable treatment if my husband made the call and took care of it for me. It's very frustrating to me and totally unacceptable. Not good business as far as I'm concerned. I do want to give a shout out to Trevor in the service department! He's always been very helpful, respectful & very professional. More
