Best car-buying experience ever! When we parked in front of the dealership, a few salesmen were outside. My previous experiences had me cringing before I exited the car in anticipatio When we parked in front of the dealership, a few salesmen were outside. My previous experiences had me cringing before I exited the car in anticipation of being rushed by salesmen before my feet were on the ground. It didn't happen. We were greeted by the salespeople outside, and one of them held the door open for us. We were shown to a desk on the sales floor. Joe Kacrzowoski was our salesman, and a man named Brandon helped get us started. Both were kind, very knowledgable and easy to talk to. We filled out some paperwork and talked with Brandon and Joe. Joe showed us a few cars and found the perfect first car for my daughter. He road with us on the test drive, answered more questions, showed us features. He made it fun and interesting. The whole experience was gentle, happy and satisfying. I will seek out Joe Kaczorowski for my next car. More
