He treated me like a person not a paycheck. I wasn't rushed, not even when he was being hurried, it was closing time. I don't know a lot about the mechanics or the electronics of the vehicle, but I know what I wanted and Jody was very accommodating. I went to another dealership nearby and the salesman kept asking me to check with my husband -I can't you how infuriating that was. Quick, painless, no pressure and a GREAT deal! After having shopped other BIG NAME GM dealerships, I found the Yukon SLT with the options I wanted via Hardman GM's website. It had a no-haggle pric After having shopped other BIG NAME GM dealerships, I found the Yukon SLT with the options I wanted via Hardman GM's website. It had a no-haggle price that was well below the lowest price I was able to get at other dealerships for the same vehicle. Not only that, there was no phony addendum sticker for $1800 of 'additional' options (paint protectant, nitrogen in the tires, blah blah blah). I was offered a fair amount for my trade in (more than the other dealerships I visited) and from the time I walked on the lot to view the vehicle to the time I drove off the lot was no more than an hour and half! Mark Bradley was professional, helpful, courteous and very diligent. I live in Cumming, but my husband and I will make drive to Gainesville from now on for our GM purchases! Hardman GM is NOT the typical/sterotyped car dealership. I highly recommend them!! More
