On November 17th, we placed an order to change oils of brake and transmission of my Acura TLX 2015. The jobs were completed as expected, which was good for us. But when I picked up the car, I was waited brake and transmission of my Acura TLX 2015. The jobs were completed as expected, which was good for us. But when I picked up the car, I was waited for about 10 min outside the the service advisor's office; the weather was cold unfortunately. Some mechanic of your company had been talking to the advisor even though the mechanic saw I was waiting outside the office but he ignored me. The advisor should have talked to me first as I am a customer. She should have talked to the mechanic later if not emergency. Every customer should be treated as soon as service advisor is available.
