My experience there was a really warm welcome. The morning started out with a video from Jackson Potter. He even walked through the lot to show me some cars with his phone. He put my mind at ease. Bad service. Made an appointment for 8am drop car off at 745 that morning. Returned 2 days later to a car that was never touched. Claimed it was taking several da Made an appointment for 8am drop car off at 745 that morning. Returned 2 days later to a car that was never touched. Claimed it was taking several days to connect an obd to it and check codes even though I get the codes on my phone through the app and showed him and he knew what was wrong with both codes. Seems to me could have been handled and service been done but I am now still driving an Expedition with the check engine light on because they have no loaners and I can not leave my car with them for 2-3 weeks like they said it would take. More
