Only one word, BOB is the MAN! I had called to make an appointment to have my CarPlay looked at. I brought my car in on Monday, July 8. I was told by Shawn it would be 4-5 days for it to be looked at. Okay, I was fine with that. Thursd looked at. I brought my car in on Monday, July 8. I was told by Shawn it would be 4-5 days for it to be looked at. Okay, I was fine with that. Thursday came, no phone call. So on Friday I called Shawn. My car hadn't even been looked at yet! Why was this not told to me on Monday when I dropped it off as a possibility?!? Nothing was said about the possibility of my car not being looked at when I dropped it off. When I asked why? The answer was "we are really backed up". This wasn't known on Monday?!? I have never had a bad experience at your dealership, but this one really irks me! More
