I brought in my wife’s car for an oil change and to fix the radio. They did a reset that didn’t fix it, I bring it back. I was told the diagnostics to find the problem was $200-250 and covered labor. I was the radio. They did a reset that didn’t fix it, I bring it back. I was told the diagnostics to find the problem was $200-250 and covered labor. I was then told the part to fix it was $300-$400. Total so far less than $650. Then that part didn’t fix it. Then the next part they need to replace is $400-$500. So now they wanted $1250. I promise my math isn’t wrong, they continued to increase labor costs. I was upset with them to the point they did a deal for me, both parts/labor/diagnostics “all in” for $800. I had to prepay them, but then to get them to finish the job I had to open a BBB complainant against them, in which they have many. I was promised the repair, an oil change and some refunded labor costs due to their inefficiency with internal communications. I went in, they wanted another $430 because one part wasn’t listed on the previous invoice of the “all in” deal. They then decided to wave that part cost. They didn’t do an oil change and said I lied about prepaying, no refund on labor. All of this took 16 weeks and 5 days. More

I admit my previous experience wasn’t very favorable and had avoided this location. I prayed and came to Jim Hudson Ford with my Ford, I have been to Toyota for my oil changed but service wasn’t alway good! I was told that any Jim Hudson could service my vehicle and Toyota was closest, but didn’t give me or my Ford Edge the best service! Allen was kind and professional and saw to my car and took time to see if I needed. Anything as well! More
