Worked with John Cook and we did everything over the phone, he even sent me a video on the truck. In fact, the truck I wanted, I ended up changing my mind about the next day and asked if I could go with phone, he even sent me a video on the truck. In fact, the truck I wanted, I ended up changing my mind about the next day and asked if I could go with another one, this was after we had done all the paperwork over the phone and email. I knew it was a pain in the xxx move on my part but he made it happen no problem. Went to pick the truck up the following day and met with John, super cool guy and everything went smoothly. If you’re in the market for a new F150 (or any vehicle for that matter) go see John Cook at Jim Hudson Ford. I’ll be buying my next F150 from him in a few years. More
