I was very impressed from start to finish, though it would have been a bit more helpful to have more details regarding my key fob replacement. But, I understood enough! However, all in all, I was delighted with the service and demeanor of everyone I passed along the way to offer assistance., as I made my way to the correct department. "Ms Carrie", who scheduled my appointment, was wonderful to talk and gave me good info, and was able to keep me informed. I enjoyed her! Mr Allen Cureton deserves a special mention, as he was very helpful, knowledgeable, very patient, and courteous and was quite informative along the way. He has a special talent with this job and I never felt pushed or pressured to do anything. I liked his approach to the whole process and how he treated my "just making a key fob" with utmost care.
