I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in on October 1st due to the check engine light coming on. I received a call later that day that I would need a new engine (thank God I always get extended warranties). They told me to come back to pick up my rental (which was a Ford EcoSport - really cute car). I drove it until my car was ready on October 9th. On October 13th my check engine light came on again so Jim Hudson Ford sent a tow truck to pick me and my car up and I thought that was so nice of them : ) . They gave me a loaner to drive to see what went wrong on my car. I got a call around noon on October 14th to let me know that there was some corrosion inside the computer of my car and that the new one will be there tomorrow. I always ask for Chris Weaver (and have since I've had my car and he's been working there) in the Service Department and he is a great asset to your company. Angela Snipes is also a great asset to your company for she helped me with my loaner and understanding my extended warranty. They are both very nice, explain things clearly and are very friendly and dependable. Jim Hudson has a GREAT group of people working for them in the Service Department!!!!!
