I was handled along with my truck with respect. Adam in service took care of dealing with me and my truck. Was to the point and a nice guy. I will be returning. I could not get the customer service in my area. I traveled an hour away from home and stumbled across Jim Hudson's. They took the time to listen and help get me into the vehicle I needed. Quick service all around I brought my car in & was immediately "greeted" by a service rep. He informed me that the approximate time to take care of oil change & tire rotation I brought my car in & was immediately "greeted" by a service rep. He informed me that the approximate time to take care of oil change & tire rotation would be about an hour. True to his word, that's about what it took. Additionally, I had a couple of other issues that he informed me would require a technician to handle, but I didn't have time for that (service mobility kit, passenger door would not unlock by touch, & misfires recorded in my log -- with the exception of the misfire issue, which self-corrects almost immediately, the others could be "handled" just by changing settings & then changing them back). More
