Very pleasant experience First salesman encountered in parking lot was very friendly and happy to take me to the salesman I would be dealing with. The car I had inquired about First salesman encountered in parking lot was very friendly and happy to take me to the salesman I would be dealing with. The car I had inquired about online was waiting out in front of the showroom and was ready to test drive. John Cook was quite friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle and if he could not answer a question he immediately found someone who could. The negotiation was polite and quick and we are comfortable we received a fair price for our trade-in. The process with the finance officer was rapid and they’re was no high pressure to get “add ons”. The vehicle was cleaned up and John sent it back because it was not to his standards....when it came back again we could see him outside with the car still wiping up some spots with which he was still unhappy. It took about 3 1/2 hours from pulling in with old car and driving home with new one. I hate buying new cars due to the usual uncomfortable purchasing process but John and his colleagues were different than most. We will certainly return to this dealer when the need arises and will recommend them to others. More

Easy Peasy I have been a loyal customer of Jim Hudson Ford with my 2013 Fusion for 15 years. I kept it and now I have a beautiful Ford Explorer, (both Ruby Red I have been a loyal customer of Jim Hudson Ford with my 2013 Fusion for 15 years. I kept it and now I have a beautiful Ford Explorer, (both Ruby Red), at a low interest rate. My neighbors are so jealous. I love it! I cannot say enough about Ronnie Tyler, I had already picked the vehicle on the internet, so I just casually drove into the parking lot late Saturday afternoon and parked in front of it. I opened the car door and sat sideways waiting to see who would come out. I sold Fords for Palmetto Ford, (Manley and Graham Eubank), many years ago and I was the King of the Lot Lizards, so I knew it was the last deal day of the month and how to get the motivated salesperson. I looked into the sunset and there was this man walking towards me. When he got close to me I said, "Congratulations! You get to sell me a car!" I'm not sure he believed me, but I had my 1099s and I had paid off my Fusion with FMC. so I knew we were good to go. More
