Superior product from superior customer service Daughter purchased a car the week before & her 9 year old son suggested we talk to Chris (Dawkins) at Hudson Ford. We had gone to a different dealer & Daughter purchased a car the week before & her 9 year old son suggested we talk to Chris (Dawkins) at Hudson Ford. We had gone to a different dealer & had our car appraised with disappointing results. That dealers web site listed a comparable vehicle for more than double the amount we were offered. Not only were we offered a fair price for our trade but were treated like long time customers of Jim Hudson. A side note: after only driving our 2017 Escape for 60 Miles we learned how well one of Fords new safety innovations works. A car infront of us made a quick turn & didn’t use turn signals. Had it not been for a feature call “collision avoidance” we would have been testing our insurance... if we were able.
