Other than that, it was just like it was when I bought it in Jan. of 2014. I took great exception to your labeling it as "Rough". If I recommend your dealership to anyone, I will definitely warn them about this, to be sure that they agree with the evaluation of their trade-in. I will always remember this. Inspection of all critical safety, fluids, etc was thorough. They have helped me with everything from tailgates, to seat cushion, to seat framework, to wires chewed through by squirrels, to standard maintenance. I still believe it is better to bring my truck here over a "quick oil change" facility. The quick change places just wont catch issues that could lead to an unsafe truck and potential equipment issues that could lead to high cost failures. More
