I really wasn't too amused by a $3,500 knock off my trade in value for a tow hitch paint scuff, and a paqssenger tire well ding that didn't even knock off paint. I felt this was excessive, but since I liked the newer vehicle I was getting so much I went with it. I also get the process took about and hour longer than needed. I had just purchased another vehicle the day before in half the time at a competitor down the road. Other than that, the salesman answered questions, was incredibly polite and an all around nice guy. If not for the lowball on the trade I'd give it 5/5 and send everyone here. More
Freindly, Professional Service My husband and I brought my car in on Saturday right around noon. Unfortunately, they were shorthanded and swamped. But, we came prepared with books. My husband and I brought my car in on Saturday right around noon. Unfortunately, they were shorthanded and swamped. But, we came prepared with books. It took 2 1/2 hours, as we had no appointment. And, that's ok. We knew that we ran the risk of waiting, coming at that time on a Saturday. The great thing was the service guy who came to get us and give us the paperwork. He was so apologetic, friendly and professional. Every time I come for service, I'm treated that way. It's so refreshing in this day and age of slack customer service. Next time, I'll remember to get there first thing on Saturday, like I usually do! More

Most people can only depend on Saturday’s to have their cars serviced due to unable to get off work thru the week. I bought my car from your dealership and I have been very pleased except for the long waiting time of 2+hours for my car to be serviced. This has happen more than once and I had an appointment this past Saturday too. Thank you 😊 More
