Was very irritated at the service agent I worked with. He tried to get me to purchase new tires and alignment when I was only there for a service appointment that was prepaid. When I said no, he was very He tried to get me to purchase new tires and alignment when I was only there for a service appointment that was prepaid. When I said no, he was very frustrated and said "well at least buy an air filter". He then took more than 10 minutes once my car was finally ready to close out my appointment for the day. Kept saying that he was having issues when he was clearly frustrated with me not purchasing anything additional to help his sales quota. Also, I did not end up having my tires rotated which is part of the prepaid service. Do better!! More
