We purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer. While my daughter was driving, the car felt like it was going to stall. Once it took off, it stated making a strange noise. I proceeded to call and make an appointment to have it checked out. I live in Blythewood and the dealer is in Lexington so I tried Lugoff Ford. They could not help me until 11/15/23. I then called the dealer near the VA Hospital and got the same thing. I called Dick Smith and that was no better. Finally, my sales person called and would take my car and get me a loaner on Monday. In my opinion I don’t believe the car had been checked out or cleaned before we saw it. They should have taken an extra day to make certain all was ok. I love this vehicle but not if I’m going to start having problems. Please fix it. Nicole McLeod More

This dealership had to replace the same parts form awhile back. Handled poorly and was promised to see new parts before installation. Nothing promised was done, then bolt broke on fuel pump again. My advice is grade 10 bolts, it will be imposable to buy or let your xxxxxxx work on my stuff. Would not even show me my old parts. More
