Had an 9 AM appointment on Tuesday for my vehicle. Absolutely no communication as to its status. Jim Hudson Ford does a great job when they service my car and truck. They are always clean when they finish working on them. Plus I received a recall on our Bronco and they sent a mobile unit to our home and and truck. They are always clean when they finish working on them. First experience at Jim Hudson Ford was great. Second one: made an appointment for 2:15 to have a recalled cable bushing replaced. Was told it was a 15-minute service. My appointment to have the rear window in my 2022 Ford 150 was for 9am and then was moved to 12pm and then was moved to 2pm. Absolutely unacceptable!! When the leak guy got there it was well after 5pm ap 150 was for 9am and then was moved to 12pm and then was moved to 2pm. Absolutely unacceptable!! When the leak guy got there it was well after 5pm apparently since they called me about 6pm to let me know they would have to do more checking. This cost me $102 for a rental I was not counting on.
