Great service, no pressure Brought truck in for 60k service. I knew this would not be a cheap visit. It took moments to know I call the dealer about a warrenty issue with seat cover on driver side of my2018 ford lariat. They put me in touch with Ken Mathews . Excellent Service When I brought my truck (F-150) in to repair the AC, the Service Manager (Bob Hargrave) was very detailed in his explanation of what the problem was. When I brought my truck (F-150) in to repair the AC, the Service Manager (Bob Hargrave) was very detailed in his explanation of what the problem was. I especially appreciated the way he took me to talk to the mechanic and they showed me first hand what the problem was. I was able to see for myself what needed to be repaired. It was a big job and the estimate was very fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. Truck was repaired in the time he told me and was very happy with the results. Look foreword to working with this dealership again soon to purchase my new F-250. Keep up the good work! More

Recall Service I brought my car in as scheduled for airbag recall replacement this morning. I ask the gentleman, I think his name was Randy about getting another ign I brought my car in as scheduled for airbag recall replacement this morning. I ask the gentleman, I think his name was Randy about getting another ignition key made for my 2006 Mustang. He quoted me 50.00. When I went to pick up my car a few minutes ago. The staff was anything but friendly and helpful when I went in. I was basically just shoved an invoice that stated I owed 138.00. When I ask for what, the service person said for the key. I told her no thanks then because I was quoted 50.00 this morning when I dropped the car off. Another gentleman was there who never cracked a smile and told me if I got a key elsewhere that he would still charge me 100.00 to program. So, without really saying it, relayed the message you're just sol. He also went on to tell me that Randy was gone to lunch and I could either wait for him to come back or they would not release my car to me. I truly felt like I was being strong-armed by your service staff at this point and got upset to the point I tossed my cc across that counter and told the guy I have to be back at work so just ring it up. He threw the card back across the counter and stated he didn't have to take that from me and wasn't going to be talked to that way. The service manager then came over and said I will take over from here. He then started to also tell me I needed to calm down and when I ask him to speak to his own staff. The manager stated he witnessed the event and I did throw the card at him. I did not throw the cc at the gentleman. I absolutely feel like I was made to pay more than double what I was quoted by your service dept. but in turn, your company was going to hold me and my car ransom. This is by far the most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I have ever encountered in a service department. I will definitely be placing a review of my experience with this service dept. and as and will NEVER purchase or use this location. I also will make sure I tell everyone how poorly a person is treated unless you are purchasing a vehicle here, as I am sure it would have been a whole different attitude if I was buying a vehicle. More
