The waiting area was both beautiful and comfortable and the dealership even had the roof rack cross bars I also needed in stock! When I arrived for the service, I was promptly met by Daniel Chupek who, in an efficient, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable manner, handled all the information needed for the visit. He also arranged to have someone help me to set up one of my cell phones on bluetooth. I had setup my wife's iphone but had not been able to setup my flip phone.The maintenance service was completed in a timely manner while I waited in your very comfortable waiting room. More

She was friendly, professional and was an extremely good listener. I gave her all of my information and she assured me when we arrived we would be taken care of. We drove into the dealership and was greeted by your Service Consultant "Danny Chupek". Dan was also friendly, professional and also a very good listener. He took in our vehicle and introduced us to your waiting area. In two hours we were back on the road. My experience with your dealership was more than what I had expected. I was far above my expectations. That is of course due to the people you employ. Kudo's to the technician who worked on our vehicle. We have not experienced any engine light coming on for the rest of our trip. Kim, Danny and the technician were efficient, fast, and good. Good job to all!!!! More
