Service Dept I recently took my lexus in for an oil change. Danny said that the the service dept reported that my axle was leaking and that it would cost over $1, I recently took my lexus in for an oil change. Danny said that the the service dept reported that my axle was leaking and that it would cost over $1,000 to repair. Unfortunately, my car's warranty had recently expired. I decided to wait to repair and talked to Tony, the service manager about it. Tony said that he'd make some phone calls to see if he could get the work done cheaper since my warranty had recently expired. Tony and Danny both called me back a week later to say that Jim Hudson Lexus was going to repair my leaking axle for free even though it was no longer under warranty!! I love Jim Hudson Lexus--it's a beautiful facility and they treat you like family! More
